What happens after I track my flight?
After adding the flight/s in your profile under the tracked flights section we start tracking it automatically. If something goes wrong, we notify you immediately. Adding the flight now allows us to claim your compensation right away so you don't need to fill any forms if something happens.
Why am I redirected to the login page after filling the departure and arrival airport?
You are redirected to securely log in or sign up so we can attach the flight tracking to your account and notify you in case of any disruptions.
What is not covered by automatic tracking?
We can't automatically know if boarding was denied or if a connection was missed. You should let us know via email at claims@claim-navigator.com in those cases.
When are you entitled to compensation?
You are entitled to compensation if your flight:
- is delayed by more than 3 hours;
- was cancelled with less than 14 days notice; or
- you were denied boarding due to overbooking (against your will).
How much compensation can I get?
The compensation amount depends on the flight distance:
- Up to 1,500 km – up to €250
- From 1,500 to 3,500 km – up to €400
- Over 3,500 km – up to €600
Do I have to pay anything upfront?
Tracking of the flight in itself is completely free. If there is a problem with your flight, we only charge a commission fee if we successfully recover compensation for you.
