You do not pay any commissions, fees, or remuneration unless we successfully collect your compensation.
Upon successful completion of your claim, we deduct the following fees:
1. Upon successful completion without legal action (35% commission including VAT)

2. Upon successful completion after legal actions, claim or arbitration proceedings, or complaints to institutions, we charge an additional commission of 5%, or a total of 40% including VAT:

Notes:
- Payments are made within 5 business days of receiving the compensation from the airline and the client providing all necessary details (account number and holder name) to perform the transfer.
- Exceptionally, the client may receive their compensation directly from the airline, in which case they are obliged to transfer the commission fee within 7 days.
- Payment of compensations and commission fees is made only via bank transfer.
- Bank transfer fees, currency conversions, and others (if any) are at the client's expense.
- The exact amount of compensation you receive may also depend on factors such as exchange rates, currency of your bank account, bank fees, etc.
- In the event of a promotional campaign, the discount applies only to the commission for collection without legal action. If legal action is required, the additional fee of 5% (or 15% for the UK and Turkey) is added to the promotional commission.
- To apply the promotional conditions, the user must apply a valid promotional code during the campaign period, unless the campaign explicitly states otherwise.
